What are you the Hitler of dogs? Aggression can be trained and bred out of any breed of dog, just as it was bred and trained into the dog. It is up to the HUMANS to take responsibility, which is exactly what she is doing. She adopted a dog, who apparently went through some bad times and needs to rehabilitate that dog. That is the humane and brave thing to do. Killing an animal just because you don't have the patience is cowardly.

I say euthanize any dog (particularly pit bulls) that have such a propensity for violence that would warrant a muzzle like this. Pit bulls don't just bite; they MAUL. No other dog breed destroys more children than pit bulls. Why do people find it cool to own one? Perhaps the primitive culture of intimidation that makes these dogs so desirable.
