{Bits of Beauty} began in April 2009, as a place to share things that make life beautiful, in both traditional and untraditional ways. If you give beauty you shall receive it in abundance.

{About Ms. Jenn}
I’m a graduate of the University of Florida {Go Gators!} with degrees in History and Latin American Studies with hopes to pursue a PhD in Child Development. I have a dog named Lola and a munchkin named Aidan. I must be one of those bohemians in Moulin Rouge because I believe in freedom, beauty, truth, and love. You can catch me covering fashion every Friday at The Little Pink Book’s {iStyle}, and I’ve recently taken to reviewing books for Sasha, too. I also guest post at Design Tavern and Wishpot from time to time.
{About Ms. Lola}
Hi, my name is Lola. I’ve been called the most glamorous chihuahua to have ever lived. I appreciates the good life. My favorite pastimes include lounging on the beach, chasing dragonflies, stealing Ms. Jenn’s clothing, shredding toilet paper into the tiniest fragments, and cuddling.
{Disclosures}
Under no circumstances will I ever endorse a product that I do not believe in. Any and all reviews or suggestions presented on {Bits of Beauty} are honest and the opinion of the author.
I do receive products to review, both returnable and non-returnable. If you’re thinking of sending me a product to review, I welcome the opportunity. However, you must expect an honest reaction from me. If I like it, I’ll blog about it {pros & cons}. If I don’t, then I’ll likely notify you and refrain from posting anything. If I hate it, then I might just have to say something.
I currently have affiliate banner ads and in-post text and image product links. The way I work with my affiliates is that I pick the ones I’d buy from. For example, if I’m browsing on Shopbop and see something I want to post about, I use the affiliate image and/or text links provided by the affiliate. In other words, I pick my affiliates to suit my blog and opinions, not the other way around.
I also have flat-fee sponsors, which you’ll find in the sidebars toward the top. They appear in posts weekly, and sometimes tweets.
